Meet The Team

DR. MICHAEL CROWLEY

BDS (Lond) MFDS RCS (Edin) Full Member of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

Mike grew up and lives locally with his wife, Lucy, the Practice Orthodontist and his three children. He has worked at The Molesey Dental Practice since 2002 and became Principal and owner in 2004. He qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital London with Distinction where he subsequently worked as a House Officer in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry and gained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

He has extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers, attending numerous courses to keep up to date with the latest technology and developments in this field. He is a certified Invisalign Provider and is a full member of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

DR. PUNEET NAGPAL

Puneet qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals with honours. He excelled both clinically and academically; receiving multiple prizes including the Maurice Wohl GDP Certificate of Merit, Ronald Gains Prosthetic Certificate of Merit, S.J Kaye Prize and Laurence Usiskin Prize.

Puneet prides himself on his empathetic and patient-centric approach to dentistry; he believes honest and open communication is the key to dental care and this is reflected in superb levels of positive feedback from his patients. He continues to attend a number of professional development courses and loves to keep abreast of the latest developments within the dental field; be they concerning new treatment techniques or new dental materials. He has developed a well-rounded set of skills and has a particularly keen interest in minimally invasive dentistry.

Puneet lives locally with his wife and has been a part of the team at The Molesey Dental Practice since 2010. He enjoys developing a friendly and strong relationship with his patients and is quick to reassure them that there is no such thing as a silly question when they come to see him!

NATASHA BHAMM DMD

Associate Dentist

Natasha qualified from The University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2013, and completed her VT in Nottingham. She has been working in London and Berkshire, where she has gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry.

She is passionate about her profession and always aims to deliver the very best in patient care. Natasha continually expands her knowledge, techniques, and expertise in dentistry through courses and self development. Currently she is completing her Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons. Her aim is to improve her patients’ dental health by providing the most effective, minimally invasive treatments.

Natasha values the importance of clear communication through all stages of the treatment journey. Her calm, caring, ethical and patient centred approach to dentistry puts all her patients at ease.

When she’s not being a dental geek, she loves playing the piano and adores spending time with her family and friends.

DR SHARDA KAUR SHARMA

Sharda qualified, with Honours, from the University of Leeds in 2008. She has over 12 years of experience and joined East Molesey Dental in 2021, when she relocated to the area with her family from West London.

Sharda is a friendly, family dentist providing high quality, comprehensive dental care in a safe and relaxed environment. Developing connections with her patients and ensuring long-term health are central to her holistic practice. She is great with children and ensures her patients leave smiling, having enjoyed their dental visit.

Sharda is passionate about providing patients with long-lasting, natural-looking, healthy smiles. She has pursued further post-graduate training, including a year-long aesthetics course to further develop her skills and provide the most up-to-date treatments for her patients. This includes Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers and preventative dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Sharda is a keen walker and has a newfound hobby in gardening. She also loves food and is an enthusiastic cook. Feel free to say hello if you see her out around Molesey with her husband and young son!’

REYES NICOLAU EDH

Dental Hygienist
GDC number: 6125

Reyes qualified with Distinction from the Eastman Dental Hospital London having previously worked as a Registered Paediatric Nurse. Gum (periodontal) disease is now the most common cause of tooth loss in the UK and Reyes’s work as a Dental Hygienist is pivotal in helping our patients to achieve and maintain healthy teeth and gums for life. She lives locally with her husband and daughter.

I cannot praise Dr Crowley and the team at Molesey Dental practise enough. One year ago I was in trouble with my teeth. A mix of age and embarrassment. I finally came to the point where I had no choice but to attend. I booked my appointment and to say I received complete professionalism is a understatement. Excellent dental practice! My dentist is Dr Crowley who is absolutely brilliant. As an emergency, I booked an appointment with Dr Sharma who went above & beyond to ensure I trusted her and was comfortable with a different dentist. After years of not seeing a dentist due to criticisms, critiques and bad relationships with all the ones I've had prior I was sceptical going in but knew that my dental health would one day catch up to me. So I went just before I went off to university. my dentist was Dr Puneet Nagpal who was very kind and considerate after learning I haven't been for a checkup for quite some time and he went through everything very thoroughly but was gentle with the tools and his words, he wasn't condescending or patronising or putting any blame on me. He told me that I needed to have half a dozen or so fillings filled and I told him about my deadline as I was off to university by the end of the month and he was able to book me in the following week for 2 rounds of fillings. We also had other talks about personal life and how much sugar and drinks can affect my teeth and he went out of his way to google and search for things that I would like and made some suggestions. During the fillings I had to excuse my self a couple of times due to an excess of water filling my mouth and having difficulty breathing, luckily he understood gave me time to compose myself and settle back in and I was able to wear some headphones to help distract myself from the noise of the drilling and from the pain. All 3 times I went to visit him he went above and beyond any dental experience I've had before and has made me care much more about my dental hygiene even more so and has made me feel comfortable with going back to the dentists as I would dread it before. Dr Nagpal has been one of if not the kindest person who has looked after me in any sort of medical visit I've so often needed in my life, I could not recommend him enough.

I had a lovely visit today, was greeted by Jennifer on reception and was kind and welcoming and Julie as well, I got seen to very quickly - I saw Dr. Bhamm who was very helpful and took time to explain to me what was going on concerning my teeth she also made me feel very at ease and explained the next steps of my treatment very well, will highly recommend this practice every staff was kind, professional and made me feel at ease!

After 17years I went to dentist as I had not good previous experience, my heart was beating as little birdie before I went to see Dr Sharda Kaur Sharma for the fist time as I had a strong pain in my tooth. And she was able to healed all my past experience with her kindness, compassion, understanding and professional care, she took time to give me all information and explained every step and to make sure all will be comfortable for me. I am still thankful I met her and since then I am always looking forward to seeing her. I was also recommended to wonderful lady who doing all my dental hygiene and taking special care and patience to be my teeth free from all calculus, the change is visible and my heart is so thankful and happy, thank you for wonderful care.
